➥ Indian Engineering Services [IES] का National Level पर Exam होता है। जो कि UPSC  Conduct
 कराती है।

➥ यह Exam Government Officer की Technical Posts पर भर्ती के लिए होता है।

➥ यह पोस्ट्स भी Civil Services की  Post की तरह होती है.यह Post  'Public Sector, Railways, Roads, Defense, Manufacturing, Inspection, Supply, Construction, Public Power, Telecommunications, etc.' Departments में होती है।

➥ ESE में Main 4 - Branches होती है -

1.   Civil  Engineers
2.   Mechanical  Engineers
3.   Electrical & Electronics Engineers

➥ यह Exam Annually (साल में एक बार) होता है।

➥ यह posts highly repudiated होती है, इस exam को mostly IIT, NIT, IIS graduates देते है।

UPSC क्या है ?

➧ UPSC एक संवैधानिक संस्था है जोकि केंद्रीय और राज्य स्तर पर विभिन्न exams आयोजित करती है। जिससे कि सरकारी विभाग के योग्य अधिकारी चुने जाते है।

➧ यह Exam केंद्रीय और राज्य स्तर के होते है।

➧ इस संस्था को संवैधानिक दर्जा देने के साथ -साथ स्वायत्ता भी प्रदान है ताकि ये बिना किसी दबाव के योग्य अधिकारिओं की भर्ती कर सकें।

UPSC की Full Form क्या होती है ?

➧ UPSC - "Union Public Services Commission"  &  "संघ लोक सेवा आयोग"

 UPSC का इतिहास क्या है?

➧ लोक सेवा आयोग की स्थापना सनं 1854 को East India Company ने की थी और तब ये Exam England में हुआ करता था।

➧ आजादी के बाद संन 1950 को इसकी पुनः स्थापना हुई और इसका नाम 'संघ लोक सेवा आयोग'[Union Public Services Commission] रखा गया तब से ये Exam भारत में होता है।

➧ UPSC के Member का चयन राष्ट्रपति के द्बारा होता है.जिसमे कि 9-11 Member होते है  ये लोग Officers Of   ( central services, state services )  Group- A, Group-B  में भर्ती के लिए Exam Conduct कराते है।

➧ ज्यादातर लोगो को लगता है कि UPSE के द्वारा सिर्फ IAS, PCS, IFS बनते है लेकिन नहीं UPSC कई तरह के Exams Conduct कराती है।
